Channel partners close a lot of Indian residential inventory. They also explode performance marketing accounts when nobody decides who owns the enquiry.
Developer Ads Manager says 220 leads. Partner Excel says 40 “real” ones. Sales says 11 visits. Finance asks why spend went up. Nobody is lying on purpose. They are counting different planets.
Two pipelines, one algorithm
Meta and Google will optimise whatever event you feed them. If brand campaigns fire Lead on the form and partner teams never write it back as visit_booked, you taught the machine that a PDF download is success.
Offline loop: CRM to ad platforms.
Write the handoff before the media plan
A working split looks like this:
- Source captured (UTM, campaign, partner code) on create — not reconstructed on Friday
- First-touch owner in CRM within 15 minutes (WhatsApp SLA)
- Partner credit as a field, not as a second database
- Visit booked defined the same way for brand RM and partner
- Lost/junk reasons that sales actually uses
If that list is a fight, do not raise budget. You are buying an argument.
Duplicates are a media tax
Same mobile number, two landing pages, two “unique” leads, two RMs calling. The buyer feels hunted. CPL looks efficient. Brand dies.
Fix match keys (phone with country code) before you launch another geo. Search hygiene still matters: negative keywords.
What partners still need
Partners need speed and inventory truth, not another dashboard login they will ignore.
Share:
- Which projects are actually on offer this week
- What the ad promised (so they do not contradict the landing page)
- Which enquiries are already in brand CRM
Do not share raw Advantage+ dumps with no qualification. That is how your cost per booking inflates while partners feel busy.
Capability: paid social and search ads. Outcomes with context: case studies.

Bring one week of brand CRM export + partner sheet (redacted). We will map the collision points before anyone debates ROAS. Book a strategy call.
