Do you hire remote?
For most roles, yes — we work hybrid out of Mumbai with remote teammates across India. Sales and Operations roles are currently on-site in Mumbai.
When will I hear back?
HR reviews every application and replies within 5–7 working days. If the role is a tight fit, expect a reply sooner.
Do I need prior agency experience?
Not strictly. We’ve hired strong in-house marketers and freelancers too. What we care about is outcomes you can point to and a structured way of thinking.
What’s the compensation like?
Market-rate fixed + performance-linked components for senior roles. We discuss exact ranges on the intro call based on experience and fit.
I don’t see a role that fits — should I still apply?
