This policy describes how Urban AdMark collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, contact us, or work with us. We aim to be direct and practical — not overwhelming.

Scope & who we are

This policy applies to information collected through this website, WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels where Urban AdMark operates as a data controller for its own business operations (for example, responding to enquiries and delivering agreed services). If you are a client, certain processing may also be governed by your separate agreement, statement of work, or order form.

What we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact details — name, phone number, email address, company name, job title, city/region, and similar details you provide.
  • Messages & files — content you send on WhatsApp (including text, files, links, and basic profile details visible in the app), and email or form messages.
  • Enquiry & project context — your goals, budget range, service needs, and other information you share so we can qualify fit and scope work.
  • Technical & usage data — approximate location (derived from IP at a broad level in analytics tools if enabled), device/browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics signals.
  • Campaign attribution (where you provide it) — UTM parameters, landing page URL, or similar details submitted with forms.
  • Billing & engagement records (if you become a client) — references needed to invoice, perform services, and maintain accounts (subject to the engagement terms).

Where India’s data protection law applies, we generally rely on consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies where we ask), performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (responding to your enquiry, delivering services you purchase), and legitimate interests (securing our systems, understanding site performance, and operating our business), as applicable. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects in the way described in some overseas privacy regimes, unless we tell you otherwise in context.

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, and assess whether we can help.
  • To deliver the services we agree with you, including creative, media, and funnel work, and to communicate about delivery.
  • To improve our website and CTAs, including measuring which entry points and pages drive useful conversations.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents, and to defend our rights where permitted by law.
  • To comply with law, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requests where they apply to us.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business — for example, email, hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, payment or invoicing tools, and customer communication tools. Those providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations. We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Urban AdMark, our users, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including maintaining client records, defending legal claims, and meeting legal retention requirements. Retention periods vary: enquiry data may be kept for a limited period or consolidated into business records, while contract and invoice-related records are typically kept longer in line with accounting and tax norms.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and our stage of business. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please use secure channels and avoid sharing sensitive information unless needed for a project.

Your choices & rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of certain information, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to raise concerns with a supervisory or regulatory authority (where available). If you would like to exercise a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. If we can’t meet a request (for example, because the law requires retention), we will explain why.

Cookies & tracking (GA4 / Meta)

This site may load Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Meta Pixel when IDs are enabled in our configuration. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology to help us understand traffic sources, page views, and conversions. You can limit tracking via browser settings, ad-blockers, and platform opt-outs where available. Where required, we will align our consent approach with current law and your choices.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal information.
  • We don’t publish your business data or performance figures publicly without permission.
  • We don’t request sensitive personal documents unless a specific engagement makes it necessary — and we’ll explain why if so.

Children

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.
